This is a personal story, and has nothing to do with business. However it does have to do with drive, motivation and the focus of achieving what you want! And it's my true story!
This was why being early is NOT always a good thing. Let me set the scene. 5:45am, I arrive at the airport at for a 7:30am flight. I have a connection in another city and I'm going home to be with my son on his 5th birthday. As I'm going through security line, I notice there is also a 6:30am flight going to the same connection city. I think, I'm early, why not see if there is a seat available on the earlier flight. To my surprise there is and it's only a $50 change fee (normally if you attempt to do that via the internet they charge you the difference in the price plus the change fee), so I thought why not. As I'm sitting in the terminal waiting to board I notice the desk workers starting to look a little panicked. I’m going to talk about it anyway for one reason: EVERY business owner I’ve worked with over the past year who has achieved big results fast, has done it using video.
I talk a lot to business owners about using video and many are reluctant to do it because they think it’s difficult to do, time consuming and you need expensive equipment to do it.

Interestingly enough, before I attended the course, I like any other vocabulary challenged individual, looked up on Wikipedia the actual definition. They defined niche marketing as, "the subset of the market on which a specific product is focusing." Sounds simple enough, right? Why would you want a ranch home versus two-story home is simple.. however, let's first look at the history of a ranch:
True ranch-style homes first made their appearance in the 1920s. Originally, they were based on Spanish colonial architecture used in the American Southwest. Efforts to combine that style with modern architectural touches created the California ranch-style home. That led to a boom in the building of these homes from the 1940s through the 1970s. Do you ever ask yourself, how do I know if I'm with the right company? Yesterday was Keller Williams' annual RED DAY event, where 80,000 + kw agents from a crossed the country reached out in their local communities with the mindset of "give where we live." In Indiana, we reached out to a Boy's and Girl's Club on the southside of Indianapolis. The club was huge; it had a natatorium, football and baseball fields, indoor basketball courts (full and two half courts), locker rooms, game rooms, etc.. it was awesome! However, it had not been updated in some time.. like decades!!
