Health and Fitness truly should be a way of life.  As a REALTOR® you are constantly on the go and unfortunately consume foods that are not high in nutritional value.  Today I taught the market center how to use a VITAMIX and about BeachBody (INSANITY with Shaun T!).  Ingredients for the smoothie: green grapes, cucumber, apple, lemon, kiwi, broccoli, water and ice.  Natural way to give your body that extra boost it needs to get through the day!
